Graduates in any higher education course (bachelor’s or licentiate) are eligible, with training between December 2020 and December 2022. Candidates must also be available for hybrid work in Belo Horizonte (MG).

In addition, for those approved who reside more than 100 km from the capital of Minas Gerais, Localiza will pay for airfare and accommodation for the first 30 days, in addition to providing a transfer allowance.
The program consists of a development path that includes Job Rotation and offers the opportunity for trainees to travel around Brazil to get to know the Company’s operations (Operations Center, RAC branches, Seminovos stores, Zarp branches, corporate offices and Fleet Management). In addition, throughout the period, the trainee will be monitored by the People team, mentored by senior leadership and will undergo behavioral and technical training.
After the program, the professional will have the opportunity to participate in an online leadership trail with contents from the Localiza University (UL), which aim to support the development of important skills in their journey.
