Campina Folkloric Festival offers dance workshops

In addition to the various attractions that make up the 4th edition of the Folkloric Festival of Campina Grande, FEFOLK-CG will also offer popular dance workshops for the entire population free of charge.

The workshops will be given by the groups Manifesto Cultura Popular and Orí – Associação Cultural Afro Brasileira, which will also perform at the event.

4th edition of FEFOLK

The opening of the 4th edition of the Festival Folclórico de Campina Grande (FEFOLK-CG) takes place this Saturday, 24th, at 7pm, and ticket reservations for the event are now available on the Sympla website, at: https://www.sympla.com.br/evento/fefolk-festival-folclorico-de-campina-grande/1683259

Those who are unable to book their tickets on the website can do so at the event venue, which will be at the Severino Cabral Municipal Theater.

The Festival takes place free of charge until the 27th of September, with great cultural and folkloric presentations, in addition to workshops available to the population.

This year, FEFOLK-CG is sponsored by Empresa Bartofil, a distributor that has been in the market for almost 75 years, in addition to the support of the City Hall, through the Municipal Secretary of Culture of Campina Grande (Secult).

The Festival, which aims to strengthen and enhance the cultural and folkloric identity of the Queen of Borborema and Paraíba, in addition to promoting tourism in the city and the State, is organized by the International Council of Folkloric Festivals and Traditional Arts (CIOFF) and the National Culture Support Program (Pronac).
